Soph's Craft Delivery Conditions

Delivery Times by Destination

• Belgium:

  • Free delivery for orders over 100€.
  • Standard delivery time of 3 to 4 days.

• Other European Countries:

  • Delivery time of 5 to 7 days.
  • Shipments are made via Bpost.

Order Tracking

• A tracking email will be sent after your order has been shipped.

Calculation of Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are determined at the time of the order, based on the delivery address.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange possible for an unworn and unused jewelry within 14 days of purchase, against a voucher.
• Contact us for any return or refund request.
• The transportation costs related to the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty

• 6-month warranty from the date of shipment.
• After this period, repair costs, replacement of missing parts, and shipping fees will be charged to the buyer.
• An estimate will be sent by email.

Exceptions

• Customized and made-to-order jewelry, designed according to your specifications, are neither exchangeable nor refundable once the order is confirmed.
